Okay, this "critter" look not like a dolphin.

Any of you smart guys want to opine? Dolphin, or not? If not, what?

that looks like a dolphin since it has a horizontal fluke a triangular dorsal fin. To me it looks like they found it dead already since there is no blood.
 
A mammal for sure. A Pacific White Sided dolphin, perhaps?
 
Confusing picture that's for sure. Has a taller dorsal, but the fluke and pecks are tiny. Since you said said Thailand and the low dark picture, I was going to guess an arapaima but the dorsal is wrong.
 
This morning I read that the photo is "a hoax" - some sort of joke - but haven't seen any more details than that...
