Reactor watches - glow

How good do these watchs glow in the dark? Do they give off a good glow at a deep depth where the visibility is 5 ft and still be visible? They look like they are built like a rock, and from other peoples comments on SB it sounds like it. I'm more worried about not being able to tell time in the dark no one has mentioned how easy it is to read it in the dark.
