My wife and I took the React Right course in Oct of 2012 with our Stress and Rescue Class. As I understand it the CPR, EFR, etc needs to be renewed every two years. Is this correct? Also, are the online classes worthwhile?

Even with a 2 yr refresher, many professionals suggest a one year refresher. Wait until the second year and find out how much you will forget.

Yep, 24 months is the expiration on most first aid courses (Resct Right, EFR etc etc). Never looked at it online, but in my understanding there is a practical element to the course (CPR, rescue breaths etc), so not sure how you'd do it entirely on line. I also have to admit that I'm not a huge fan of online learning for any course in general. They teach you what you need to know, but I think you get much more supplementary information, knowledge and feedback from a living, breathing person with lots of experience in the given area of study.
