RDP Table Tutor

I saw on some earlier posts of the table tutor and it said to email Larry from the Scubaboard for an unlock key. Anybody know how to locate Larry or someone else with the unlock code? I am a brand new Divemaster and will be going for my instructor level in the next few months, and this table tutor would definetly help to assist students in grasping the table by doing numerous problems. Thanks.
