I know that Blue 02 do that route... blue o two for the itinerary.
Definitely a quality liveaboard, and former Red Sea guru and fellow Scubaboarder Samaka worked for them until recently. I'm sure he'd be happy to answer more detailed questions.

We are diving that itinerary in October with the serpent fleet.

I think you'll struggle to find that itinerary during summer. Like you say the Emperor is the closest to what you want for that time of year. An alternative might to do a short 3 night trip on King Snefro 5 which covers Ras Mo & Tiran and then onto a longer liveaboard for the Brother Islands. Plenty of options for the Brothers so you should be able to tie it together if time allows.
