I spent 2 weeks diving Rangiroa 12 years ago so I have a basic understanding of the island. My brother, his wife and 2 boys (7&9) will be going this summer to visit my parents who are sailing there. My parents will moor their boat just inside Tiputa Pass so I am looking for accommodation on that end of the island for convenience. Pension Bounty doesn't accept children and they recommended Relais de Josephine. I looked at the reviews on Trip Advisor and don't know which to believe.

Anyone with experience with Relais de Josephine or have another recommendation near the Tiputa pass end? We are looking for convenience, nice people, fan in room (in my experience we didn't need a/c as long as we had a good fan, and we didn't need hot water as the island is warm enough to keep the water room temp, unlike other islands that are on the chilly side.) and good food that can accommodate my nephew who doesn't eat fish.

Any other advice on places to eat is also appreciated. They will be there for 12 days.

Any help is much appreciated.
