Hi,

I tried to find some info about companies for liveaboard in Raja Ampat (or cruising there). Are they some which you could recommend? Maybe local, smaller ones? I’d be happy to support local business. I don’t need luxury, just safe equipment and great dives :)

I’m planning about 1 week cruise first week of February.
I’d appreciate some tips :)

I have been in Raja Ampat about 8 times (5 liveaboards & 3 dive resorts). The liveaboards that I have been on there were Amira, Temukira Pearl of Papua, La Galigo & Blue Manta. My 9th trip to Raja Ampat will be on Mermaid2 in December 2022. I’m pretty happy with all of them. After all you’d dive in Raja Ampat, the best diving destination in this world! 😜

I like my latest trip there with Amira the most. I’ll be on Amira again in April 2023 for Forgotten Islands.
