Hello everyone!

I've been researching a dive trip for June-July 2010 and came across an important fact I find confusing....

The rainy season begins in October in Sabah, but in June in Palawan?

Why is this? On the map Palawan doesn't appear to be radically that far north of Sabah.

Thanks!
Pamela

Philippines as a region gets both wet seasons - coming from north (China/Vietnam) and south (Malaysia/Indonesia). Meat in the sandwich on the overlap

Have a look in the Philippines Paradise Divers forum for specific info on Palawan
