behind Quonset airfield is a nice little beach with close parking lot. Has anyone dove here?

Spink Neck Beach in North Kingston Rhode Island is as flat as a pond tonight. I def want to dive it come next Spring Summer

Been looking at that spot. I believe it's called Compass Rose beach. Looks like max depth is around 15 feet with average of about 6-8 feet. Maybe some relics of the past under there worth looking for. There are 2 other beaches in Quonset point, Spink Neck which is in the northern part of the park and Blue Beach which is south of Compass Rose.

Not deep, but a lot of large whelk shells wash up, so I’d like to see what else is living there. I could try snorkeling it before I waste a tank refill on a full spot.
