I know what you mean. I didn't dive this weekend. I would love to dive this comming Sat. if anyone is interested AND my work schedule allows.

Would love to join you guys, but the Yellow Angel Fish and I will be up at Loch-Low-Minn taking our "management training class".

Stacy and Rick have asked us to fill in for them when they want to take vacation or a weekend off or whatever.

I imagine the diving up at the Lake will pick up now that "dive season" has sort of come to a close and the vacation trips are over. I know I'll be getting back up there a good bit.

Any of you Looney Birds going down to "Vortoberfest 2" the weekend of the 13th, 14th and 15th?

I was going to try to get a dive or two in yesterday, but I got invited to a Machine Gun shoot. It's not everyday you get to go Full Auto.

Thank you for you service.

Yes, but I but I would have to fold you in half...:)

Did my Nav dive with Suzie from The Dive Bus yesterday. The water as a little hazy since we were close in, only about 40 feet visibility. We saw a large baracuda (he was right over the coral head I was supposed to navigate to and do my reciprocal course from) needless to say he departed when he saw me coming over...

Today we are resting and taking in some local color. Susan worked with Martin and got chapters 1-3 and some of the enclosed water and one open water dive finished.

The water temp was 83 degrees, surface temp 87.

I will do 3 dives on Wednesday (Wreck, deep and maybe photo) also on the schedule is a dive on the Superior Producer wreck on Saturday, it is at 100 feet right under the military mooring so you can only dive it when there are no military ships in port.

The hotel is great, I highly recommend it (The Marriott).

More tomorrow after the dives...

Mike
