If I set my S70 in macro mode, flash on and white balance "Auto" when I will later download the pics to my computer will I still have to run ZoomBrowser, use the "Eye Dropper" and point to a white place in the pic in order to obtain the right colours ???

Thanks for your help...

Ciao Erik Il Rosso

I haven't used the s70, or the zoombrowser, but if it's anything like the s30...

To do the white balancing with the eye dropper tool, it would be best to shoot in RAW, not auto white balancing. No white balancing is done when you shoot in RAW, and thus the eye dropper tool is what is performing the white balancing.

If you shoot JPEG, then do some white balancing corrections later, you've already lost a lot of colour information.
