This will be my first strobe so I can use some setup help to get started. I will be using an Optical cable and S-TTL mode.

Flash settings - Do you use Standard Flash, Slow1 or Slow2?

Metering - Do you use ESP, Spot, Multi, Center-weighted

While Balance - I'm assuming Auto is fine because of the strobe but would you choose shady or cloudy?


Any suggestions will really be appreciated.
