Questions about Borneo Mabul Dive Resort

I'll be going to Malaysia in about 5 weeks with my LDS. I'm real excited about it, but have a few questions that perhaps someone might know the answers to.

1. Is Nitrox available? If so is there an extra charge? How much?
2. Are there laundry facilities available? I'd like to pack as light as possible & don't mind to have to do a load or 2 of laundry during Surface intervals.
3. Do I need electrical adapters for electronics & battery chargers?
4. Anything I should consider taking/ not taking to help stream line things?

I don't recall seeing any divers with Nitrox tanks when I've dived around Mabul / Sipadan. I know it's not available at Sipadan Water Village.

There will be a laundry service, but it may be just as easy to rinse out things as you go. You don't need a lot.

I would take at least one universal adapater - SWV sockets are square three pin.
