I remember seeing one in a LDS a few years ago that didn't require a FFM. It had a rubber cup that went between your mouth and the reg. I thought it was a BuddyPhone, but couldn't find it on their site. Don't have any idea how well it worked...

Problbly is FM trans-receive speakers/antennas on some most eficant freq. which easy goes under the whater, also modulate-coded-decoded...

I picked up a pair of 2-way sets, pre-owned but advertised as never wet, but we haven't used them yet. Last trip was in Florida around Labor Day 2004 (need I say more?). So, looking forward to trying these next trip.
