question about underwater video rates

Does anyone know what underwater video camera operators charge? I found this:Underwater Cameraman Rates
but want to get a better idea of the range people are charging.

I think it would depend on the job, like most things. For example, here in Belgium, I wouldn't go anywhere near diving in the grey-brown 6-inch vis. North Sea unless I was paid a substantial sum of money, whereas I'd be prepared to do it in Palau on an expenses-only basis
