Question about my new Aeris XR-1

Just got my dive computer and the book tells me nothing about the operation of it just gives you warnings etc. The CD goes over the setup 10,000 ft view but I got through it. Now it doesn't shut off it just cycles from screen to screen. When does it go to sleep or how can I make it?

It shuts off after 2 hours of inactivity OR when the no fly time reaches zero (24 hours after the end of a dive). Until then it just scrolls the NDL's for various depths.

See page 45 of the XR-1 manual (page 52 if you have the XR-1 nx)

You can't make it go to sleep.

Thank you for the info I understand why you don't want to shut off the computer after a dive I just wish it knew that I was just setting up the computer for the first time. This is all new to me only got cert a month ago.
My skill set is with motorcycles and mustangs which doesn't help me here any LOL
