Hi there,

I'll be taking my AOW in a couple of weeks (Hurghada) and wanted to get the Adventures in Diving Crew Pack to do some reading before I go (we only get it on loan on the course anyway). It seems to come with one of two different log books - a red log book or a log book titled "Module 3 of the Adventure log series". Can anyone tell me what the difference is please? Is one a newer version of the other?

Thanks!

Jane

Assuming PADI, and assuming similarities amongst countries:
Module 3 focuses on the AOW course and is loose leaf. Don't know how many pages it has for non-training dives.
The red one is a general purpose logbook, with no special training record section. It is “bound”, but hole punched, so it could fit in the same binder the other one does, but binder not required. It has pages for 70 or so dives. The red one is my preference because you can always log your dive as “AOW navigation dive” or whatever.
