No it isn't but it's the only Apeks model that has this feature. Can't speak to the SP model you've listed but I'm sure DA or someone equally knowledgable will be along shortly to answer.

Are you talking of the removable orifice (SP), the removable HP Valve seat (Apeks)?

If so, yes the SP M17 has a removable orifice.
