Quality Control Problem with MiFlex Hose

I have a brand new never used MiFlex hose that does not flex freely because the outer sleeve and the inner hose are turned against each other then crimped.

Is there a warranty on these hoses and how do I exchange it?

You should contact the dealer where you purchased it to get it exchanged. If you didn't purchase it, give it to the person who did.
