I just don't log dives
Been thinking of selling my reg and buying some new gear. This time around I'm not too concerned with extreme preformance since my deeo diving days are behind me (or at least thats what i try telling myself) So heres my reg.....
A poseiden Odin with a Poseiden Octo. Poseinden 1st stage. Its in fairly good shape and I guess a regular maintanence job should make it a great go to reg for regular use. The guages are Beuchat with probably one of the first computers to come out.... really wouldn't bank opn it though..... I'm from the old schools of dive tables and consevative bottom times! Thanks-

......your best best is to try to trade it in for 'credit' toward your new reg......it looks pretty old...that Mares 2nd stage has gotta be 15-20 yrs old......and Poseidon regs are famous for being difficult/expensive to overhaul......there's no way to recover one's investment in bringing it up to speed compared to what it's worth in cash. Remember, if you try to sell it, you are competing against all the other regs out there (E-Bay)....many of which are much newer/better condition.

What are you looking to get for it? I'm looking for an old Jetstream for 'show' dives at the local aquarium. Getting the bubbles out of my face would be helpful.
