Merry and I left before sunrise so we could attempt to make a couple of dives on the south side of Palos Verdes. We only made it as far as the Avalon wreck before the short interval swells made us turn around. We settled for one dive on GBR. Visibility was decent as we dropped through a cloud of Pyrosomes but horizontal vis was only ten feet. The only highlight was finding a tiny Felimare californiensis among the rocks. Once again we had 72° in the upper twenty feet with 56° at sixty-three feet.
