Virtually all these folks are Retired military, Veterans or Public Service diver instructors.

An SDI International Scubility Course held in STUART, Fl qualified these Instructors from Isreal, Korea, China, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia and the Great US to teach Scubility and wear the Purple Fins.
