Punta de Mita

I have a trip booked and am staying at Iberostar Playa Mita. I know there is a dive shop on site, Dressels, anyone have experience with them? We are there 6 days and will probably dive 1-2 days. What kind of diving can I expect? I have heard you have to take a jet ski out to the dive boat? Can anyone speak to this? Any info you can share will be appreciated!
