Question Punch Card Deal on Tanks?

Buddy Dive on Bonaire has a 10 tank for $100 (not timed/nitrox or air - just use with punch card). Is there any shop on Curacao with something similar for shore diving pair who don't need guides etc.?

Coral Estates dive shop have is a discount on tanks because there were 5 in of us, the more we used the cheaper they got. I think we ended up using 40-50 thanks thru them @ about $10 each, and no charge for lead.
