Pulau advice needed

Looking to plan a trip early next year.

Based on what I have gathered so far, the iconic sites can easily be reach if you are landbased. So just wondering which is better.

If landbase is your view, any good dive resort to recommend?

Blue Corner is miles away.
Peleliu is a long long trip from Koror.

Land based: Sam's Tour.
LoB: Fish 'n Fins.

pardon my ignorant, I guess then LOB would be a better choice

I dived with Sam's on my first visit and never made it to Peleliu.
Much better on LoB on my subsequent visit.
There is NO comparison except the cost.
