Okay, I know this sounds insane but I have not got my camera wet since May 2003! I have an upcoming trip and I need to do maintenance for my o-rings but I can not find my manual. Is there a good online site that I can use for a guide? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Step One: Grease them lightly
Step Two: Install them
STep Three: Go diving :-)

Seriously, not much more than that, just inspect them to make sure there's no nicks, cuts etc. and you're good to go

Thanks Chris. It just freaks me out!

CrhisM,

Not yet, but soon. Thanks again. If I can take a pic one tenth as good as the one with which you won the pic of the week, I'll be more than rewarded. Thas is one very beautiful pic.

It might be overkill but when I replace the O rings or even when I am just closing the housing, I inspect the grooves and mating surfaces with a magnifing glass just to make sure that I am not missing a small grain of sand or a hair. I figure it's cheap insurance.
