I am putting together a proposal to start a full time dive team. Do you know of anyone that has done such a proposal? Can you send this question out to everyone (ONLINE)?
This has become a hot items and it looks like I will being going to the County Commission soon with a proposal. We have identified several 100s of cars in the water without searching. You probably heard that we got 31 out of a canal last week, that puts our total in the last 4 months at close to 100.
