It's a plastic/laminated card that has basic directions for the computer. It's intended to bring along with you on a dive (since the manual wouldn't be very practical on a dive boat or even under water) to remind you how to operate your computer.

For the Cobra its as CM says a laminated card. On one side it has the menu tree and the other a graphic of the display with a legend. They call it, and it functions well as, a quick reference guide.
