I am trying to upload a profile picture. I have uploaded the picture. I then click "Save Changes" and get the message "Upload of file failed." However I can see my profile picture but no one else seems to be able to see it. The dimensions of the picture is 603 x 452 and size is 28.7 KB. Is there something I am doing wrong or forgetting to do thats not allowing me to upload the picture?

Thanks, someone on here told me it wasn't showing the other day.
