Profile picture?

So...are there instructions as to how to upload a picture from my computer to establish a profile picture. I enter to file location after using the browse button and press the "enter" button only to keep have an error message? I can be an idiot regarding these things. Please help me.

how big is the file you are trying to upload and what format is it??

JPEG image? 2.65 MB in size? Is there a size limit and is there a certain format is must be in? In any case, thanks for the quick feedback.

The software resizes every picture to 750x400.

Thanks for the picture posting to my profile! I just couldn't seem to be able to do it myself....I'm not very smart when it comes to such things.
