I just read articles and testamonials and maybe this will help my daughter. She's 28 yrs old and just had tubes put in both ears. We're going to the Carribean next week and she wants to snorkle. Can I get a mask and hood in the New york city area, actually North Jersey. TIA

If she is snorkeling at the surface and has no intentions of diving then earplugs would be more suitable for here. The Proear mask is so the diver can equalize when going to depths. The mask may just be a waste of money because they can leak and I believe your reason for purchasing it is to prevent water from getting in her ears. Plain Jane earplugs will do the job for much less money. Ask her Doctor if it would be ok for her to use earplugs or lambs wool to snorkel.

I am in no way shape or form qualified to give professional Medical Advice!!!!!!!!
When in Doubt...Ask your family Doctor
