Problems with Zena fit.

I bought my wife a Zena for Christmas and would'nt you know it does'nt fit exactly right. I've read on here that you can exchange the panels for a custom fit. Do I need to go through the dealer for that or can I do that directly with the factory?

You would need to go through your dealer for that! Most dealers can get you dialed in with a proper fit by swapping out the components to make the size right for your wife!

Just an update on the Zena. My dealer got me a set of small shoulders and it took me less than a min. to swap them out. It fits better than anything she has ever tried on now. Perfect fit!
