I assume it is the 2008 version, but maybe it is newer, I don't know, brand new, in box, never opened sealed cellophane packaging, with batteries. $50 shipped in continenetal us color yellow

It says 95 lumens on a sticker on the front, so it is the more expensive and powerful 2009 model.
