hey guys I think my dive shop is trying to over charge me on a bcd. I am looking at getting the sea quest pro QD they want 525.00 plus 140.00 for the alt. air source. That seems a little high to me I looked on a few sites and I cannot find any of the sea quest stuff any help would be appreicated thank you.

That is with out the alt air, and Im sure that will spark a long discussion................

yea their rippin u off idk about the bc but the octo should be below 100 (unless its really high quality or something)

ps i got my octo free from a aqualung special my lds was having

is Leisurepro bad to get stuff from?? warrenties?? service I mean that is a lot cheaper than my LDS is there anything I should worry about as far as buying from them?

The reason you haven't found that brand online very easily is that company does not allow any online sales. If you buy us divers or seaquest online it is from an unathorized dealer and won't come with a factory warranty.

So I wouldnt really want to buy it off of Leisurepro?? Is Leisurepro any good for like gloves or gear bags or anything like that

Clearly someone who has no idea about which they speak.

Check Leisure Pro or Scuba toys, get there price plus shipping then go to the LDS with that and see what they will do. Mo betta to buy local if they will match the price with shipping.

Leisurepro are not an authorised dealer for Seaquest and therefore your purchase will not be covered by manufacturer's warranty. Leisurepro offer their own warranty, and they will service your equipment at their shop.
I bought from them several times, but smaller items: fins, gloves, boots... My friend bought a a Zeagle Ranger, Uwatec comp and Scubapro MK20 from them among other things.

I had to change my order after it was placed and they did it "with a smile".

Mention the online prices to your LDS, you may be able to get a better deal.

Good luck.

so basically if I ever have any problems they will service it?? what about there dive computers are they the same way or dose scuba.com actually cover the warrenties??
