Which one is it and how can you tell the difference?

Bull. Placement of the dorsal fin over the pectoral fin. On a reef shark, the dorsal would be a bit more forward.
 
Sorry Mike to tag along your thread, but I have the same question about a shark in Roatan. I am studying Reefguy's suggestion, and I think it is a preggers reef shark. This one just was a little more porked out than the rest.

Yes, I'd say Reef Shark. Definitely not a bull. They have a much broader Dorsal placed further forward and are beefier overall.
