excellent condition. couple of minor, cosmetic nicks (I am too lazy to buff them out) that don't show up in photos. no cracks, etc. comes with hood.

It's the Precision Port. I used it on my Oly PT-EP01. Here are some pics with the hood removed.

i use the samyang 7.5mm fisheye...it's a manual focus lens but works fine. let me know if you're interested.
