I just serviced my BC's power inflator and when i hook it up to my reg to test its not leaking air but after about 7-8 inflations the button sticks and it keeps inflating until the OPV pops. Any ideas? Thanks

Suggest you replace schrader valve and springs. Also look closely for cracks in inflator housing.
Also make sure you used the right size and material of o-rings, and lubricated them adequately.

Take it apart and clean it, be sure all the old lube is out, sometimes it gets sticky inside. Make sure there are no cracks or debris. I've found what looks like small thin plastic shavings before in drysuit and wing inflators. Be sure you are using the correct sized O-rings and to properly lube it when re-assembled.
