Posting to classifieds?

I see that I need 25 posts to post to classifieds. I thought I did, but can’t tell how to tell how many I have? Is there anything else that could be keeping me from being able to?

I read the rules and it says I need to join the marketplace group, how do I do that?

Click on your name, go to Preferences and opt in to "Access to Marketplace".
