Well, if you're quoting a post, just click the button that says "quote" in the bottom right of the post.

Otherwise, type the text in the post window, then highlight it and click the button beneath the "Color" drop down box that looks like a little text bubble from a comic strip. If you hover your pointer over it, the tooltip says "Wrap Quote tags around selected text."

Well, if you're quoting a post, just click the button that says "quote" in the bottom right of the post.
On the portal theme it is labeled reply, the left one of the two options - this will take the text from the post where you clicked it and add it to your reply. To trim someone's post and reply in bulletpoint like discussions you can use [ quote=whoever] to start and [ /quote] to end it - take out the spaces i put in :wink:
