I've just been dunking my fusion in fresh water after dives. Is that enough? I add seal savers and wax to the zippers after it dries. Am I doing enough?

Rinsing with fresh water is of primary import.
If you are treating the seals and zipper - then you are doing fine.
Another thing to think about is checking the valves pre or post dive to ensure they are tight.
