A friend of mine found this shark washed up on the shore (dead) on a beach in Norther Washington. He was excited thinking he had found a baby GW. I'm pretty sure it's a Salmon Shark but wanted a better opinion before crushing his hopes.
Another question though: if it was a GW I would think based on its' size (about 3') it would have been a fetus and not actually birthed. If it is in fact a Salmon Shark, would it be a juvenile? What length are they normally born at?
