Poseidon integrated Weights

Dear All

I have just used a new Poseidon W50 wing for its first 8 dives and on dive 4 the integrated weights came free from two of the four retaining pins (no I did not accidentally pull or catch the quick release handle) needless to say spent the 50 minute dive holding on the the pouch. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
