Purchased an Odin w/ Jetstream octo to match my FFM yesterday and thought I would share my findings for what its worth.
After removing the servos from the octo and my 2nd stage I noticed the pins were different. The FFM 2nd had a longer needle made of plastic. The octo had a shorter needle of metal. It stands to reason that a shorter needle when pressed will open the valve further and be more sensitive than a longer one. And it is true, with the octo servo I get a blast of air with an easier inhalation than the orig. tuned right up to the diaphram. Not sure why they extended the needle to allow a harder draw...air conservancy?
