Porteau Cove - Nakaya

Hi,

Lately I've heard about plans to either remove the Nakaya or its marker from the park for fear that divers is going to injure themselves on the wreck.

So my question is does anyone know if this is true or if it is just talk, or have rumors like this, been going around for years?
