Port Phillip Bay diving

I will be in Melbourne the second half of this month. I am staying in the Chelsea area. Mainly a fishing vacation with my father who lives there, but I am bringing my gear and am interested in doing a few dives. Any reccomendations on boat operators, Dive shops, or Shore dives in the area? Or somewhere we could take his boat out of Mordialloc and dive?

PS: Aquability at Mentone is quite close to you if you're staying in Chelsea, just head up up the Nepean Highway to Balcombe Road, about 10 minutes away. I've used them and can also recommend them.
