When a business has a web site to promote and sell their product it would be nice if they include some basic info, like the hours that they are open, what time zone they are in and address so one can ballpark shipping charges.

I was looking a gift for the SO and based on positive press I wanted to buy from vendor A. I had questions so I wanted to talk to someone, also their web site isn't set up for on-line ordering.

Web designers PLEASE include these in the sites you create. Business owners, think about the new customers out there who do not know where you are.

MikeC - I have a template I hand to potential website clients. It includes such information. 95% don't want to do online ordering, opting for wanting people to show up at the store, but there is a way to contact if you do choose to do so.

Hours are definitely a must have if they are not doing a shopping cart feature. :)

Could you PM the site to me, I'd like to look out of professional curiosity. :)
