Pool Host March Madness

The NFL pool has been a blast. But only 3 games left and I'm locked in 5th place now due to my poor performance last week among others. Spectre could make a run for 2nd place by being perfect this weekend and for SuperBowl then win the tie break on top of that. So I think we are all locked in our spots.

But March Basketball is right around the corner. The poolhost will be hosting this as well. Once we get closer to march like in 4 or 5 weeks we should consider another pool. Kentucky or Louisville all the way though! Actually, Kentucky has looked like crap for several games and it finally bit them last night. Tubby is ripping some butt today!

Nahh... there wasn't a chance that everyone else was going to completely wiff this weekend. Too bad we didn't have an independant playoff pool though! 10 for 10 baby!!

You mean the pool kept going into the playoffs?? I thought it ended with the regular season. Dang, I wish I had known, or I wouldn't have stopped playing.

Okay I'll try it. I have never followed basketball but maybe I'll learn something by being in the pool.

Lord knows I don't know how to make my weekly picks for the NFL so maybe it will be beginers luck for the basketball pool.

Careful dude... wear your colors, but don't call 'em the winners yet. I almost jumped through the radio and killed the announcer yesterday when he came on after half time to state "The patriots are a 1/2 hour away from going to the superbowl", at which time the Colts proceeded to march down the field for a touchdown.

I just hope my Ty Law jersey doesn't provide too much wind resistance at my race tonight

I'm waiting with baited breath for the end of that game. Last time the Pats won the superbowl my ski team ended up in a 4 way tie for first place [out of 100 or so teams]. This year we're close to 120 teams and could use all the superstition we can get.
