Just wanted to let you all know that I just got back from Zihuatenejo, Mexico. We flew on Alaska Airlines and my pony bottle was not a problem. As long as the valve was off the bottle they were happy..... and so was I. I don't leave the surface without it!
Happy Diving!!!!!!!!

Just got back from Mexico with my pony in checked bag. I removed the valve and took the extra precaution of rubber banding a copy of the TSA regs allowing the pony in baggage to my tank. On both legs of the trip, my bag was opened and inspected. They left the inspection sheet next to my still intact pony bottle. This was a test for my upcoming month in PNG. My arch enemy, Quantas, will be the next challenge.
