this is a pony bottle or bail out bottle bracket system for use with a small scuba tank and your larger primary tank. Straps are all adjustable depending upon the size of your tanks you are using.
First pictured... $25 and I have 2 of these available, both in similar condition.
Last option is the single strap version, velcrow closure.. this one is $15.
