Did a night dive last night and was livid about this poacher taking a "bug" the night before lobster season opened! After chewing it up, I filmed him coughing up pieces of the carapace. Where was Fish & Game?

The irony is I would be nailed by California Fish & Game for shooting this scoundrel because my fishing license isn't current.
